CJC-1295 vs Sermorelin

Two GHRH analogs used to stimulate the body's own growth hormone. They differ mainly in half-life and duration of action.

CJC-1295 and Sermorelin are both GHRH analogs — they prompt the pituitary to release growth hormone rather than replacing it. The practical difference is duration: the CJC-1295 'with DAC' version lasts far longer. Both are provider-territory, not FDA-approved for general optimization, and prohibited in sport.

Which, for whom?

The choice is largely about pharmacokinetics and is a clinical decision. Growth-hormone-axis manipulation requires lab monitoring and a provider who can weigh the long-term unknowns.
